This year, we will host 3 New Volunteer Trainings (one before each session) and a Volunteer Social at 50 West after the Spring Session. Register for one or all of them at the link below!

Background Checks & Safe Sport Training
Background Check & SafeSport Training ($20.50) – EXISTING ADULT
Note: Tyler Sutphin will reach out to you in advance to alert you to complete one or both of the required items. The self-service portal below is for you to access the links if you have misplaced your email or if you have questions.
New volunteers will need to reach out to Tyler Sutphin for details.
If you need to complete the required Background Check and SafeSport Training, please complete the button below to begin.
Notice: If you have already completed one or both items, you are not required to complete again unless you are due. Background checks are good for two years and the training is good for one year.

SafeSport Refresher – EXSISTING ADULT
If you have a valid background check, and need to complete the yearly SafeSport Refresher Training, click the button below to get started.
Tips for SafeSport
- Register under First Tee — Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky when prompted
- Please use the same email address you have been communicating with us when registering to ensure your safety results are matched in our database
- Email [email protected] if you have any issues.
Step by Step Instructions
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Click HERE to register for your Background Check and Training
Step 2: Create your SportsEngine account using the form located on the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Activate your SportsEngine account by clicking on the activation link sent by SportsEngine to your email address that you registered
Step 4: Log-in to your SportsEngine account and submit the information required for your background check.
Step 5: Check your email for the link to access the training through the US Center for SafeSport (initial training takes approximately 90 minutes to complete). Click the link to complete your training.
Step 6: Once both the background check and training are complete, let me know.
