Jeanne Siegel

Golf Course Program & Volunteer Manager

How long have you been working at First Tee? I have been working at First Tee since 2016. What is your background? I was born here in Cincinnati and grew up on the west side and in Lawrenceburg during my high school years. I went to Bellarmine University where I played on their women’s golf team and then went to UC. Before First Tee, I worked as a paralegal and also coached high school golf at Seton High School for a number of years. Go Saints! I currently live in Mt. Lookout with my family.

What is your role at First Tee? Over the years, I have held many different roles. Currently I am Golf Course and Volunteer Manager. My main focus is working with our families and volunteers as well as helping our kids and teens with local and national opportunities. And when needed and my schedule allows, I coach!

Why were you interested in First Tee? My oldest son was in the program and with coaching and playing golf for so many years, I seized the opportunity when a position on staff opened. I knew what golf did for me growing up and believe in the mission of First Tee.

What is your favorite part about First Tee? The kids! Watching them grow each year and then who they become in high school is really rewarding to see.

What is your favorite First Tee memory? I don’t have just one favorite memory. I would say celebrating our seniors is my favorite memory each and every year.
